Los funcionarios o empleados públicos que no impidieron la exportación que quiera hacerse de objetos arqueológicos, contraviniendo las disposiciones de este Decreto, incurrirán en las sanciones previstas en el artículo 16 y en las demás establecidas por las leyes.
