Los funcionarios que por ley deban emitir, refrendar, autorizar o aprobar los balances de las entidades vinculadas al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, distintos de aquellas que tengan que tramitar sus anteproyectos ante la Dirección General del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, se abstendrán de hacerlo, si en ellos no aparece, debidamente calculada y clasificada en forma autónoma, la partida de que se trata, sin perjuicio de las sanciones previstas en la ley por inexactitud en balances e informes.
