Art 272. Si hubiere contradicción por parte de alguno de los interesados, ya respecto del destino practicado, o ya respecto de la demanda misma de deslinde, el punto se verificara en Juicio ordinario, en el que el contradictor se considera como denunciante, sin perjuicio de que el deslinde practicado se apruebe y lleve a efecto en los términos del artículo 1312 del Código Judicial, en la parte que de él no haya sido contradicha ú objetada.
