Incumplimiento del traslado. Los administradores de recursos que no realicen el traslado de los rendimientos financieros de acuerdo con la metodología y periodicidad prevista en el presente título, se sujetarán a las sanciones de ley a las que haya lugar por el retardo o incumplimiento de tal obligación.
