º Las personas que tomen parte en actos colectivos de agresión verbal, o por medio de carteles, contra quienes se encuentren presentes en reuniones debidamente autorizadas, serán sancionadas con arresto inconmutable de diez (10) días. Quienes en el curso de desórdenes de esta clase arrojen piedras u otros objetos contra los participantes en la reunión, incurrirán en arresto inconmutable de sesenta (60) días.
