El reajuste de los sueldos de retiro de esta trata, el artículo 19 de la Ley 100 de 1946 , seguirá haciéndose efectivo conforme a las fluctuaciones de los sueldos de actividad, en las proporciones de porcentajes determinados por las leyes dictadas sobre la materia, tanto para Oficiales como para Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares.
