El Ministerio de Obras Públicas procederá a hacer el relleno del lecho del río La Vieja, una vez encauzadas sus aguas por el canal proyectado, y de la superficie comprendida entre este mismo lecho y el pilotaje de protección; y a la construcción de un muro de cemento sobre el pilotaje de mangles, de acuerdo con la técnica.
