Articulo 14 . Del funcionario competente para ordenar la Inscripción en la Carrera o la actualización del escalafón . Recibida la solicitud, el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil procederá a ordenar o negar, mediante resolución, la inscripción del empleado en la Carrera Administrativa o la actualización de su escalafón en el respectivo cargo. La providencia será notificada al interesado.
