Los aspirantes a Tarjeta Profesional que deban demostrar tres o cinco años de ejercicio periodístico, presentarán además, al Ministerio de Educación, constancia expedida por la Directiva de una organización gremial o sindical periodística con personería jurídica sobre los antecedentes profesionales del interesado.
