Declárase que la disposición contenida en el artículo 33 de la Ley 59 de1905 carece de fuerza obligatoria. Parágrafo. Lo dispuesto en este artículo no da derecho para repetir por las obligaciones ya canceladas, ni á recurso de revisión de sentencias ejecutorias porque en ellas se haya dado valor legal a lo dispuesto en el artículo 33 de la Ley 59 de 1905 .
