º . Cesión de Derechos y obligaciones. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, cederá debidamente inventariados los aplicativos, los derechos y obligaciones contenidos en las garantías, contratos y convenios relacionados con los Sistemas Especiales de Importación-Exportación, Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional y Zonas Especiales Económicas de Exportación, a la U. A. E. Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, para efectos de las funciones que esta asuma.
