º. Es entendido que lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto se aplicará dejando a salvo las situaciones subjetivas y concretas originadas en la propiedad privada del subsuelo debidamente reconocida y mientras conserve su validez jurídica, en los actos administrativos tales como licencias, permisos, concesiones, aportes y contratos de exploración y explotación ya perfeccionados.
