Es responsabilidad del titular del derecho minero, explotador minero y el empleador minero, dejar en iguales o mejores condiciones las áreas intervenidas en el proyecto minero a como eran antes de su intervención, de tal manera que garanticen las condiciones de seguridad y la salud de la comunidad.
