ARTICULO 26 . SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. En caso de supresión de empleos inscritos y escalafonados en la carrera administrativa, de los empleados pertenecientes a las Corporaciones, estos tendrán derecho a recibir una indemnización conforme a lo establecido en el Decreto 1223 de 1993 reglamentario del artículo 8o. de la Ley 27 de 1992.
