Art, único. Se deroga en todas sus partes el decreto sancionado en 30 de Junio de 18942, que autorizó al Poder Ejecutivo para enviar a Europa, o contratar allí, una persona destinada a presentar un nuevo plan de contabilidad para las rentas nacionales.
