Para iniciar los estudios, obras de instalación y reconstrucción, pago de asignaciones, servicios y compra de elementos y demás gastos necesarios, destínasela suma de cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000.00) para el Comando Militar de Tierradentro. Para la apertura de los créditos o la realización de los traslados necesarios para el cabal cumplimiento de este Decreto, el Gobierno actuará de conformidad con lo preceptuado por el artículo 86 del Decreto 1675 de 1964.
