Procedimiento de negociación. En la negociación por cuenta de entidades estatales en bolsas de productos el postor ganador será aquel que ofrezca el menor precio. La negociación podrá realizarse de manera presencial o electrónica, en los términos y condiciones que las disposiciones legales sobre los mercados de las bolsas de productos o los reglamentos de estas dispongan para el efecto.
