Artículo cuarto. En los demás casos de compraventa de bienes inmuebles, cuyo valor exceda de mil pesos ($ 1.000.00) sin pasar de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), la reserva que debe constituir la Contraloría General de la República se expedirá a petición escrita del respectivo Ministerio o Departamento Administrativo, acompañada de una copia de la minuta de la escritura que haya de otorgarse. Tal petición debe hacerse por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección del Presupuesto en cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales correspondientes.
