° El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, de oficio o a petición de parte, procederá a determinar las actividades a las cuales pueden dedicarse las personas que tengan el título de Ingeniero o Arquitecto, expedido por universidad colombiana autorizada por el Gobierno para tal efecto, y cuya denominación no figure en la "Clasificación Nacional de Ocupaciones", de que trata el artículo 1° de la Ley 64 de 1978, para lo cual tendrá en cuenta los planes de estudio para otorgar dicho título y demás informaciones que estime pertinentes.
