Son de cargo de los Comandantes del Crucero Córdoba y de las cañoneras La Popa y Boyacá la alimentación del personal de á bordo, inclusive la del Oficial y diez soldados de la guarnición. Para subvenir á este gasto, se les asignará la suma de catorce pesos diarios, que cobrarán por quincenas anticipadas.

También es de cargo de los Comandantes del Crucero Córdoba y de las Cañoneras La Popa y Boyacá atender al lavado de la ropa blanca de sus respectivos barcos, para lo cual se les asignará la suma de un peso diario, que cobrarán también por quincenas adelantadas.
