Article 34

Se Entiende Por Transporte Turístico Aquel Que Hace Parte De Planes Turísticos Debidamente Registrados En La Corporación Nacional De Turismo

ARTICULO 34. Se entiende por transporte turístico aquel que hace parte de planes turísticos debidamente registrados en la Corporación Nacional de Turismo.

Parágrafo

El servicio de transporte turístico es público y está sometido en todos sus aspectos a las normas que rigen el transporte Y la actividad turística, y especialmente a lo determinado en el presente Decreto.
