- POSESION. Los contralores distritales y municipales elegidos, acreditarán el cumplimiento de las calidades establecidas en esta ley y tomarán posesión de su cargo ante el Concejo distrital o municipal y si esta corporación no estuviese reunida, lo harán ante el juez civil o promiscuo municipal. En casos de vacancia judicial también podrán hacerlo ante el Alcalde (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 160)
