Convocar a nuevas elecciones para elegir Gobernador del departamento del Magdalena, por lo que resta del periodo constitucional 2024-2027, para el domingo 23 de noviembre 2025, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 30 de la Ley 1475 de 2011, en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el artículo 136 de Ley 2200 de 2022, de conformidad con lo señalado en la parte motiva del presente decreto.
