Verificado el pago, que no podrá ser inferior a la cuota que proporcionalmente corresponde a la Nación como acreedora, el Gobierno desistirá de las acciones judiciales que hubiere propuesto. El Gobierno tendrá derecho a nombrar uno de los liquidadores, como condición para el arreglo extrajudicial de que trata el artículo anterior.
