Art. 238. Fenecida definitivamente una cuenta por autos ejecutoriados ó que causan ejecutoria, el Magistrado que la feneció en primer instancia y los Magistrados que hayan resuelto en apelación quedan personalmente responsables por los derechos del Tesoro nacional vulnerados con el fenecimiento, hasta cuatro años después de fenecida la cuenta.
