° El ordinal f) del artículo 28 del Decreto 2322 de 1965, quedará así: f) Acreditarse que se ha obtenido una prórroga no inferior otras (3) años, de los vencimientos de que trata el ordinal anterior, conforme a la cual no se requiera amortizar el principal de la obligación en el primer año, y se distribuyan los pagos por este concepto, en los dos años restantes, sin exceder en cada semestre, una cuarta parte de la obligación".
