Artículo único. Apruébase en todas sus partes el contrato celebrado entre el señor Secretario del Tesoro, encargado del Despacho de Fomento, y el señor Francisco J. Cisneros, el 20 de Febrero del corriente año, por el cual se adiciona el de 14 de Junio de 1881, "sobre construcción de un Ferrocarril de Honda á 'La Dorada' y levantamiento de un puente en el rio Magdalena."
