El homicidio y las lesiones causados fuera del caso previsto en el artículo anterior, la violencia carnal, el incendio y en general los actos de ferocidad o barbarie, cometidos por los piratas en el curso de sus actividades, traerán consigo la respectiva responsabilidad, y las sanciones correspondientes se aplicarán acumulativamente con las de piratería.
