Parágrafo

Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional para incluir en el Presupuesto General de la Nación la apropiación de $2.500.000.000 para vincularse y concurrir con otras instancias de cofinanciación a la conmemoración de los 75 años de la Escuela Naval de Suboficiales ARC Barranquilla, así como para la ejecución de inversiones de interés general que se requieran.
