Art. 4.° Las nóminas, órdenes de pago ó cualquiera otro comprobante de los créditos que deban cancelarse con los expresados pagarés, deberán presentarse hasta el 31 de Julio del presente año, en la respectiva Oficina pagadora; después de esta fecha quedará extinguida la acreencia cuyo título no hubiere sido presentado.
