Una vez que quede en firme la declaratoria de nulidad de la elección de un diputado, por parte de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, quedará sin efecto la credencial que lo acreditaba como tal y el Presidente de la asamblea correspondiente dispondrá las medidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento y hacer efectiva dicha decisión.
