Adiciónese el artículo 158-3 del Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente parágrafo:

“ Parágrafo 2°. A partir del período gravable 2010, la deducción a que se refiere este artículo será del treinta por ciento (30%) del valor de las inversiones efectivas realizadas sólo en activos fijos reales productivos”.
