Art. 37. Los pensionados que en cualquiera forma conspiren o hayan conspirado contra las instituciones del pais, pierden la pensión. Esta declaratoria la hará el Poder Ejecutivo o la Junta de recompensas, de oficio o a solicitud de algun ciudadano.
