PROHIBICION PARA LAS SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRADORAS DEL SISTEMA GENERAL DE PENSIONES. Las sociedades administradoras del sistema general de pensiones se abstendrán de reconocer y entregar, directa o indirectamente, de manera propia, o en su caso, por conducto de sus subordinadas, beneficios, incentivos o, en general, cualquier mecanismo -incluso en especie- adicional a la comisión ordinaria que se hubiere pactado en el respectivo convenio, que implique remuneración respecto de los promotores en función del volumen de afiliaciones en las cuales hubiesen participado o intervenido como mediadores.
