El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional a través de la Dirección de Seguridad Ciudadana y el Ministerio de Interior brindarán acompañamiento a las entidades territoriales que así lo requieran en la elaboración y estructuración de la reglamentación que permitan implementar lo señalado en este decreto.
