Las licitaciones públicas para conceder la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora se abrirán de oficio o a solicitud de cualquier persona mediante resolución expedida por el Ministro de Comunicaciones Las adjudicaciones se harán con arreglo a las criterios que contempla el artículo 197 del Decreto-ley 222 de 1983 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o aclaren. Tanto la apertura de la licitación como su adjudicación, tendrán en cuenta las disposiciones del Plan General de Radiodifusión Sonora que se establece en el presente Decreto.
