Art. 6.° Las Colonias Penales que se orean por el presente Decreto serán consideradas, para los efectos legales, como establecimientos de castigo.

Parágrafo

En consecuencia, los reos que se fugaren de ella» quedan sujetos á las penas señaladas en el código penal.
