Servidumbres. En los trabajos y estudios de prospección de minas no habrá lugar a ejercitar las servidumbres de que trata el Capítulo XVIII de este Código. Tan sólo habrá lugar a la entrada y tránsito temporal y ocasional de personas, en número limitado y provistas de instrumentos y equipos.
