Todas las corporaciones electorales tienen la obligación de dar copias de las actas de los escrutinios que verifiquen, a los ciudadanos que las soliciten. Estas copias debidamente autenticadas, se admitirán como pruebas en los juicios de nulidad que se intentaren. Las corporaciones que se nieguen al cumplimiento de esta disposición sufrirán las mismas sanciones previstas en el Artículo 2o. de esta Ley.
