El Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales procederá a entregar al Ministerio de Educación Nacional el edificio en que funcionaban anteriormente los talleres del Ferrocarril del Norte en Chiquinquirá, que se destina para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la Ley 13 de 1928 .
