Artículo único. Apruébense la Convención, Convenios y Reglamentos de Ejecución acordados por el primer Congreso Postal Continental Suramericano, que se reunió en Montevideo el 8 de enero de 1911, y suscritos por los Delegados de los países representados en él.

Parágrafo

Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que, en oportunidad y por cablegrama, ratifique esta sanción.
