Art. 1318. El heredero beneficiario podrá en todo tiempo exonerarse de sus obligaciones, abandonando a los acreedores los bienes de la sucesión que deba entregar en especie, i el saldo que reste de los otros, i obteniendo de ellos o del Juez la aprobación de la cuenta que de su administración deberá presentarles.
