Tres (3) meses después de realizada toda elección Presidencial, los candidatos o las personas que éstos señalen, deberán presentar ante la Corte Electoral un informe detallado sobre los ingresos y egresos habidos en relación con la respectiva campaña electoral. La Corte hará públicos dichos informes.
