Art. 21.º Es obligatorio á los individuos de tropa el presentar cuatro piezas entre certificados de Generales ó Jefes, ó Jefes, ó declaraciones de testigos presénciales, levantadas con las formalidades legales, ante cualquiera autoridad civil ó militar, á fin de comprobar la identidad de la persona, y el lugar ó combate donde se adquirió la invalidez.
