El que con ocasión del conflicto armado, habiendo dejado en embarazo a persona protegida como resultado de una conducta constitutiva de acceso carnal violento, abusivo o en persona puesta en incapacidad de resistir, obligue a quien ha quedado en embarazo a continuar con la gestación, incurrirá en prisión de ciento sesenta (160) meses a trescientos veinticuatro (324) meses y multa de seiscientos sesenta y seis punto sesenta y seis (666.66) a mil quinientos (1.500) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
