Plan de contingencia. Desde el momento en que entre en operación el gasoducto, el concesionario deberá contar con un plan de contingencia que permita controlar cualquier situación de emergencia. El plan de contingencia contará con una brigada debidamente entrenada que dispondrá de todas las facilidades necesarias que le permitan atender y controlar cualquier eventualidad en el término de la distancia.
