Art. 18. Esa resolución es apelable para ante la Corte Suprema por el Fiscal del Tribunal, el que promovió la suspensión, y cualquiera que tenga interés en que se decrete ó en que se niegue la suspensión. Si no se apelare se consulta la resolución ; pero en todo caso la resolución del Tribunal se cumple mientras no sea revocada por la Corte.
