Cuando se solicite amnistía patrimonial, la preexistencia de los bienes poseídos antes del 1º. de enero de 1967 deberá demostrarse plenamente. Si las Oficinas de Impuestos Nacionales no consideraren suficientes o idóneas las pruebas, presentadas por el contribuyente, podrán exigir documentos probatorios adicionales de la preexistencia de los bienes objeto de la amnistía solicitada, de su valor, circunstancias de lugar, tiempo y modo de adquisición, etc.
