Categorización de Rellenos Sanitarios. El Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio definirá las condiciones mínimas de diseño y operación, que deberán ser utilizadas de acuerdo con la siguiente categorización para los sitios de disposición final, a partir del promedio diario registrado durante el último año. • Categoría I. De 0 a 50 ton/día. • Categoría II. Mayor de 50 hasta 500 ton/día • Categoría III. Mayor de 500 hasta 3000 ton/día. • Categoría IV. Mayor de 3000 ton/día.
