Inspección a las instalaciones. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones practicará las visitas de inspección que estime convenientes a las instalaciones de la red y se reservará el derecho de indicar las correciones o de no autorizar las operaciones cuando las instalaciones no se hayan realizado de acuerdo al proyecto de la red autorizada o presenten fallas que alteren el correcto funcionamiento. Los concesionarios están obligados a brindar a los funcionarios del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, las facilidades para el desempeño de sus funciones.
